The hotel's rooms were a bit disappointing; they didn't match the pictures online, lacked toiletries, and seemed neglected with broken toys scattered around. On the bright side, the service was efficient and friendly. The location offered beautiful views and was close to local amenities, but the dining experience left much to be desired with repetitive and poorly cooked food.
The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to exploring the island or relaxing with beautiful mountain views. The rooms, while needing improvement, were clean and close to the pool. The all-inclusive bar provided a variety of drinks but lacked in quality for soft drinks.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were cosy and spacious, offering a balcony and an air-conditioner. The service was top-notch with helpful and friendly staff ready to assist with any questions. The location was picturesque, just a short walk from Tigaki's main street. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some tasty options but room for improvement. The facilities were great, especially the pools with ample space around for families and children.
